The Sony Alpha A6500 Mirrorless Camera is a 24.2 Megapixel APS-C type Exmor CMOS digital system camera. Thanks to the BIONZ X image processor, the sensor is capable of supporting a wide ISO range (100 to 51 2002) with low noise. The fast conductive copper wired layer allows you to shoot 4K and Full HD video at 120 fps (100 fps). High-density AF tracking technology effectively activates focus points and accurately tracks moving subjects in the frame. The Sony Alpha A6500 has 425 focal-plane phase-detection AF points for accurate and consistent focus on subjects across the entire frame. The autofocus of the camera focuses on the subject in 0.05 seconds. The camera also has a Touch Focus function, which is responsible for touch-sensitive focus control. The focus point is changed by touching the screen. By sliding your finger across the touch panel, you can smoothly move the focus point in the frame without leaving the viewfinder. The Sony Alpha A6500 has three burst modes. Thanks to the new processor, the continuous shooting speed reaches 11 frames per second with minimal delay in displaying the image to the viewfinder or LCD monitor (live view). The clipboard holds up to 307 images in burst mode. RAW images are saved at 107 frames per second! The camera features a 2.4M dot XGA OLED Tru-Finder electronic viewfinder for high contrast and resolution. Touch screen 3.0 ″ LCD with 921.6 thousand dots can be rotated 90 degrees and lowered 45 degrees (vertical). The LCD screen is made with White Magic technology with an RGBW pixel structure, so it remains bright even in daylight. The Sony Alpha A6500 is equipped with a 5-axis image stabilizer that works on the principle of shifting the sensor platform. This allows you to capture clear images and videos even in difficult conditions. By using this camera with Sony (E-mount) lenses, which also have a built-in stabilizer, you can get a double effect. The new shutter design provides reduced vibration blur. For these purposes, a trigger mechanism at the end of the rear curtain path is used, as well as an elastic material that dampens shocks. Reducing vibration has a beneficial effect on image quality. Video recording in 4K UHD format in the Sony Alpha A6500 camera takes place in the popular Super 35mm format with a resolution of 20 megapixels, i.e. in fact, the data is recorded in 6K format. This reserve of pixels is used later to improve the quality of video, for example, when sampling signals with a margin of the sampling frequency (English oversampling). The Sony Alpha A6500 supports S-Gamut and S-Log profiles for enhanced post-processing and color grading. The S-Log profile achieves a 14-stop dynamic range. Gamma data and Zebra are available during movie recording. Sony Alpha A6500 Movie Modes: 3840 × 2160 up to 30 fps 1920 × 1080 up to 120 fps The camera is equipped with an NP-FW50 rechargeable Li-ion battery. A fully charged new battery lasts 310 frames (350 frames with LCD off). The Sony Alpha A6500 can also be powered by an external battery or a USB adapter that can also be used to charge the internal battery. Additionally, the Sony Alpha A6500 camera is equipped with various wireless interfaces that expand control capabilities - Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth. Supports Sony PlayMemories Home and Capture One Express (for Sony). A remote control function using a smartphone is also available.
