Z-CAM E2-F6 EF-Mount

Z-CAM E2-F6 Full Frame 6K EF-Mount is a professional full-frame cinema camera with interchangeable EF, M, MFT, PL Mounts. Support for 10-bit 4:2:2 color and a nominal 15-stop dynamic range. The camera supports timecode, shoots up to 6K at up to 60 frames per second and records data up to 300 Mbps on CFast 2.0 media. Recording formats include: ZRAW (supporting 12-bit), MOV and MP4 using H.265 for 10-bit recording while H.264 supports 8-bit recording and the firmware allows the camera to record in ZRAW. Its HDMI 2.0 port supports 4K60, 10-bit 4:2:2 video output. Audio is recorded at 24-bit 48kHz using AAC or PCM (PCM for MOV format only) via a 3.5mm stereo jack, or via a separately available XLR connector using a 5-pin LEMO port. One of the latest cinema cameras of the brand, which was officially shown at NAB 2019. This is a full-frame model capable of shooting video content in 4K resolution at 120 frames per second and 6K at 60 frames per second. It offers 15 stops of dynamic range, supports 10-bit color using H.265 and 8-bit color using H.264. The bitrate of the device is 300 Mbps. Audio is recorded at 24 bits and a sampling rate of 48 kHz.

Z CAM E2-F6 body is traditionally made of aluminum alloy. The camera still retains its compact dimensions and weighs only 100 g more than the base model E2. The model allows the use of 2 types of lens mounts: EF-mount or PL-mount. Block Z CAM E2-F6 is equipped with all the basic connectors and ports required for high functionality: two serial COM ports; HDMI 2.0 interface; LANC port; audio signal inputs and outputs; 5-pin LEMO port for two-channel XLR microphone; Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi ports; USB 3.0 Type-C only for camera control and data conversion. Z CAM provided the ability to remotely control the E2-F6. The camera allows you to select settings and shooting options, view finished materials. The Z Camera app is required to enable remote operation.

The Z CAM E2-F6 can be powered by Sony NP-F batteries or a power adapter. One of the model updates is a LEMO 2-pin output connector for powering external equipment.
